iCoachUsa mission statement is to help every coach find the ideal job in the
ideal school and become a positive role model for the future leaders of our
nation. iCoach USA is a Global Community of Coaches where finding
the right coaching position is secondary to providing coaches with all the
training and tools necessary to become the best coach they can possibly be,
and, be a positive role model for the future leaders of our nation.

We
recognize, respect, appreciate, and support the important role the coach plays
in the lives of the future leaders of our nation. We appreciate the sacrifices
they make to impact the lives of their players. iCoachUSA was created to
make their job a little easier and a little brighter. We know how busy a coach
can be. They don’t have the hours needed to search the Internet, print out
letters, build a resume, buy stamps, envelopes, mailing out follow up letters,
and network with other coaches to find a new job. They’re too busy
coaching. That’s where we come in.
We’re
here to help coaches find jobs that pay them what they deserve. A job where
they are respected for the work they do off the field as well as on the field.
We aim to find coaches a position where they have the support of the
administration and the community so they can develop a winning program and also
be a positive role model for the future leaders of our nation.
