Marketers want to know which channels consumers prefer, but it’s not
always available at the prospect stage or early in the customer relationship.
Our Channel Preference Indices offer a predictive tool that helps you identify
the preferred channel.
KBM Group commissioned a research study that included which channels consumers
prefer for communications. Using data from more than 34,000 respondents, we
created the Channel Preference Indices. We scored all individuals in our
national AmeriLINK® database by likely first and second preference
channels: cell, email, mail, phone, text or web.
